Punggol residents plagued by rainwater in flats and false fire alarms; brother of motorcyclist appeals for witnesses; Malaysian charged with harbouring 'One-eyed dragon'

* Residents at Waterway Terraces I, a Housing Board Build-To-Order project in Punggol have been plagued by a host of problems, including water seepage though the balcony door and windows during heavy rain.

* Mr Syahdirwan Jumari, whose brother and a pillion were flung from a motorcycle when it crashed into a car that had braked suddenly in what appears to be a tunnelled section of the Marina Coastal Expressway, is appealing for witnesses.

* Mr Ho Yue Keong, a 42-year-old Malaysian, who has been on the run for past nine years, was charged in court today for harbouring a former triad leader Tan Chor Jin, dubber 'One-eyed dragon', after Tan killed a nightclub owner in 2006.
