*Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said in Parliament that Singapore should not rush into decisions related to honouring the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew. However, an SG50 commemorative $50 note featuring Mr Lee, and a committee to look into a memorial for Singapore's founding fathers, will be launched.

*All Singapore-based airlines have taken steps to ensure that there will be at least two people in the cockpit at all times, said Senior Minister of State for Transport Josephine Teo in Parliament.

*The High Court has given the approval for former China tour guide Yang Yin to liquidate insurance policies worth $98,000 to pay for his legal fees and expenses.
