Students spruce up Ah Ma's drink stall on Ubin

Madam Lai Huat So, 80, has been selling drinks on weekends in Pulau Ubin for the past 23 years. Ah Ma Drink Stall is a familiar sight to residents and regular visitors to the island.

A rundown drink stall on Pulau Ubin has been given a new lease of life.

The 23-year-old Ah Ma's Drink Stall in Jalan Jelutong was weather-beaten and leaning dangerously because the ground was sinking.
