Joseph Tan, 53, and Miki Lim, 48, have chequered pasts. The couple have been imprisoned multiple times for reasons such as drug trafficking and drug abuse. Now, they have stable jobs and the couple, who divorced 15 years ago, recently remarried.

Couple who lived with drugs, crime and jail time divorced and despaired... but love prevails

On a sunny Saturday morning last month, Joseph Tan, 53, and Miki Lim, 48, walked down the aisle in Woodlands Evangelical Free Church.

More than 600 people attended the wedding, and by the time they had exchanged their vows, there was nary a dry eye in the room.
