SINGAPORE- A six-hour fibre broadband service disruption for StarHub's customers was resolved by midnight on Thursday.
"Our fibre broadband and Digital Voice (fibre) services are now fully restored," said the telco's spokesman. "We are monitoring the situation closely to ensure service stability for affected customers."
Some customers complained that services had been down since around 5.30pm, with several voicing their frustrations on the company's Facebook page. According to their feedback, areas such as Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun and Bishan were affected.
StarHub was unable to give details about the cause and extent of the problem.
