Ex-president's bid to regain post lost 2 years ago fuels debate on length of leader's tenure

The Singapore Recreation Club (SRC) is poised for a watershed annual general meeting today, where a septuagenarian ex-president seeks a comeback against an incumbent team bent on leadership renewal.

Dr Johnny Goh, 79, was president for more than 20 years before he was replaced two years ago by current president Sarbjit Singh.
