Spike in volume of duty-unpaid liquor seized last year

The volume of duty-unpaid liquor seized last year hit a three-year high, the latest figures from Singapore Customs showed.

It shot up to 39,490 litres in 2018 from 1,610 litres the previous year, an increase of more than 24 times. The figure stood at 15,280 litres in 2016.
