Several hotels are blocking off or taking back rooms that were already allocated to tour agencies, as they prepare for a jump in visitors for the summit between United States President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
These include the Shangri-La Hotel and Marina Bay Sands (MBS), which are seen as the likeliest locations for the summit, travel agents told The Straits Times. Both hotels declined to comment.
