SINGAPORE – Heat waste in dryers used at Laundry Loft, a coin-operated laundromat in Pasir Ris, led to energy inefficiencies in the machines’ water heating and air warming processes.

Observing this during an environmental review of the business, a team of ITE College East students proposed insulating the dryers to prevent heat from escaping.
