To foster greater interaction with the deaf community, SingPost will issue a new stamp issue, 'Greetings - Sign Language' on Monday.

In this stamp issue, five basic greetings in sign language - 'Hi', 'Welcome', 'Thanks', 'Good Bye' and 'I Love You' will be featured.

The aim is to raise awareness of sign language and how to communicate with the deaf in their form of communication.

The stamps were designed by Mr Kenny Tiang, a member of The Singapore Association for the Deaf, and will be released at all post offices and the Singapore Philatelic Museuma along with their First Day Covers. Orders can also be made at SingPost's online shopping portal, vPOST.
