Hackers who infiltrated the SingHealth database targeted three people by their NRIC numbers, one of whom was Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

These details were made public yesterday during a hearing to investigate the cyber attack that compromised the personal data of 1.5 million patients.

Three employees from the Integrated Health Information Systems yesterday gave evidence on what had gone on behind the scenes when the attack was detected.
