SINGAPORE - Your next tourism marketing campaign idea could land you a $300,000 award.

The Singapore Tourism Board's (STB) $1 million initiative aims to find destination marketing ideas featuring a Singapore story which can reach a wide audience.

Singapore-based businesses from both travel and non-travel industries can apply to the Marketing Innovation Programme, which is part of the STB's Marketing Strategy 2020.

Successful applicants will each receive a dollar-for-dollar matching award of up to $300,000 (excluding GST), which will go into their marketing campaign.

Applicants will be evaluated by a panel comprising STB and industry representatives, against criteria such as innovativeness, feasibility and potential to drive tourism outcomes.

The closing date is Aug 31, 2017. More information can be found on www.stb.gov.sg/assistance-and-licensing/Pages/marketinginnovation.aspx, and enquiries can be sent to STB_MarketingInnovation@stb.gov.sg.
