SINGAPORE - Inclusivity and accessibility are the two goals of the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) as it marks its fifth anniversary this year.

Speaking to The Straits Times, Mr Low Sze Wee, chief executive officer of SCCC, says it will also be producing more videos as many people are consuming content online, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
