The Institution of Technical Education (ITE) launched its training and commercial facility located at the ITE College Central on Friday afternoon. Named Epitome, the facility offers products and services from ITE's academic courses. This includes hair services, fashion shops, pedicure and manicure services and a florist.

Industry names, such as Jean Yip Group, have also partnered with ITE to set up shops within Epitome, to mentor and train students from the college. Students studying at the relevant courses will have the opportunity to train in the facility and gain work experience within the school.

As the facility is open to members of the public, it allows ITE students to work and interact with real customers.
