SINGAPORE - Students are now being targeted by sellers of electronic cigarettes, who ply their trade on social media platforms and messaging apps like Telegram.

Checks by The Straits Times showed they are selling colourful e-cigarettes or vaporisers, some disguised as pens to avoid detection, and chemicals with different flavours to attract a wider audience, including children.
