SINGAPORE - A second video showing a car reportedly making a three-point turn inside the CTE tunnel on Nov 1 has emerged.
The new video, uploaded on citizen journalism site Stomp by someone named Jng, shows the car moving forward after reportedly making a three-point turn. It is not clear whether the car skidded.

Jng's father, who was a vehicle away from the car, got into an accident because another car hit his vehicle from the back, he told Stomp. Jng added that there was a pile-up after that.
The incident happened at the CTE entrance on Havelock Road at about 12.30pm on Nov 1.
Mr Chan Chuen Ho, 53, had earlier uploaded a video of the incident on Youtube, and also sent the footage to Stomp.
"This created a jam behind and my dad had no choice but to move his vehicle to make way for the traffic despite having difficulty to do so as his car's wheel was damaged," Jng said.
It is believed that the police were not informed of the incident, and that no one was injured in the incident.
