School students waiting in line to have their photographs taken with a green iguana at the preview of Safari Boo, a Halloween event for children to be hosted by the River Safari later this month.

Returning for the second year, Safari Boo bills itself as a "merry, not scary" children's event, and features trick-or-treat stations, a costume contest, an animal show and more.

Safari Boo will take place on Oct 23 to 25 and Oct 30 to Nov 1, from 6pm to 10pm.

Tickets are available at www.safariboo.sg, with free admission for children aged 12 and under.
