SINGAPORE - A runaway tyre from a trailer along West Coast Highway hit two cars on Thursday (June 1) morning.

A car driver was taken to the National University Hospital with minor injuries. The Straits Times understands that his injuries were inflicted by his airbag, which deployed when the tyre hit his vehicle.
