Energy efficiency is the catchphrase on Wednesday morning as 18 award recipients were recognised for their achievements.

Ten companies, six public agencies and two individuals were feted for their work - the highest number of winners since the Energy Efficiency National Partnership Awards started in 2011.

They received the prize from Second Environment and Water Resources Minister Grace Fu at the Singapore Expo.

Winners include Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore) and the Health Promotion Board and span industries such as food manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
