Public feedback wanted on Healthy Living Masterplan

The public is invited to give their views on the Healthy Living Masterplan in a public consultation exercise starting from Monday. They can provide feedback on areas such as balanced diets, mental well-being, health screenings and immunisation.

The master plan aims to keep Singaporeans healthy for as long as possible through the adoption and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle, said the Health Ministry in a statement on Monday.

The public can put down their views at the MOH website, www.moh.gov. sg or they can write to the masterplan taskforce at 3 Second Hospital Avenue, Singapore 168937.

The six-week public consultation exercise, which ends on May 31, will include three face-to-face community dialogue sessions, which are also part of the Health Ministry's Our Singapore Conversation. Details for registration would be announced soon.

The development of the masterplan was announced by Health Minister Gan Kim Yong in Parliament last month.
