SINGAPORE - Those who took the 2025 Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) will be able to receive their results at 11am on Nov 25.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board, in a joint statement on Nov 18, said arrangements have been made for pupils to collect their result slips, with further details to be shared by their primary schools.
Those who are unable to be in school to collect their result slips can appoint someone to do so on their behalf by Nov 27.
Parents can submit their child’s Secondary 1 school choices and options through the online Secondary 1 Portal on MOE’s website at from 11.30am on Nov 25 to 4.30pm on Dec 1.
Parents will require a valid Singpass to log in to the portal.
Only one parent is required to log in and submit the registration through the portal. Parents who need help with the online submission can contact their child’s primary school before 4.30pm on Dec 1.
Secondary 1 posting results will be released on either Dec 18 or Dec 19 via SMS, the statement said.
This information will also be available on MOE’s website or at the pupil’s primary school.
MOE and SEAB said that pupils are encouraged to consider factors such as school culture, distinctive programmes, subject offerings and co-curricular activities when choosing a secondary school.
Primary 6 pupils will enter secondary schools in three posting groups – 1, 2 and 3 – mapped to the PSLE score ranges for Normal (Technical), Normal (Academic) and Express courses.
Those eligible for group 1, or the group 1 or 2 option band, and are more interested in practice-oriented and hands-on learning can apply to Crest Secondary School (CSS) and Spectra Secondary School (SSS).
Eligible pupils can submit their applications directly to the respective schools.
However, they should still submit the Secondary 1 Option Form in order to be posted to another school of their choice if they are not admitted to CSS or SSS.
