He pays $1.4m to ex-wife for full ownership of premises, which house his casket company

Prominent undertaker Roland Tay, who had waived charges for the funerals of several high-profile crime victims in the past, will own 100 per cent of two Lavender Street shophouses that are being used to run his casket company.

This follows a High Court division of the matrimonial assets after his divorce.
