SINGAPORE – The police on Sept 9 made an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Mr Holter Carsten, who had last been seen on Sept 6.
In an update on Sept 9, the police said the man has been found.
The 22-year-old was previously last seen in the vicinity of 5 Buangkok View at 8.45pm.
In its earlier appeal, the police said that anyone with information is requested to call its hotline on 1800-255-0000 or make an online submission at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness
All information will be kept strictly confidential, the police said.
