The police have arrested a 23-year-old man who is believed to be a serial flasher.

The police received a report from a woman last month informing them that a man had exposed himself and committed an obscene act near Teck Whye Lane. They subsequently received two more similar reports occuring around the same area.

Officers managed to track down the suspect and he was arrested near Teck Whye Lane at about 11.15pm on Sunday night.

If convicted in court, he may be fined and jailed up to three months.
