Yong Ah Kow, 77, was last seen wearing a red-and-white striped T-shirt and dark-coloured shorts.

SINGAPORE – The police on Aug 20 issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Yong Ah Kow, 77.
Yong was last seen near Block 3 Jalan Bukit Merah on Aug 18 at about 12.40pm.
He was wearing a red-and-white striped T-shirt and dark-coloured shorts.
