SINGAPORE - Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has shared a short clip of what went on behind the scenes at the recording of his National Day Message.
Urging Singaporeans to tune in to watch it on Aug 8, he uploaded the 32-second video on his Facebook page on Thursday (Aug 6) morning.
It shows PM Lee, dressed in a red shirt, having his make-up done and speaking in front of the cameras, as well as the recording crew getting the set up and running.
He had earlier revealed that his speech would be delivered from the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, which reopened last year after a major four-year, $158 million facelift.
The message will be aired in four languages - English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil - across different channels.
It can also be viewed on YouTube after its telecast.
