The incoming Biden administration represents an opportunity for the US to engage China constructively, working on areas of common interest while constraining the areas where they disagree, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said at a Bloomberg forum yesterday.
He expressed hope that President-elect Joe Biden will seek such a framework for ties with Beijing.
