SINGAPORE - From the moment Olivia was adopted at 2½ months old, Mr Arthur Ling and his wife Chang Chee Siah knew they wanted to raise her with the knowledge that she was adopted.
"Disclosure was the only option for us," said Madam Chang, 51.
