SINGAPORE - Parents of young children say it is important for the public to intervene if they come across children who may be abused.
Noting the rise in child abuse cases reported during the Covid-19 pandemic, parents The Straits Times spoke to said they would not hesitate to reach out to the families involved if they came across children in their neighbourhood who were in distress or showed signs of abuse.
