SINGAPORE – Make family time all the more special with these ideas and activities.

Inflatable playground at Aperia Mall

Most bouncy playgrounds are a riot of bright colours and cartoon characters, but this one breaks the mould.

The minimalist yellow design of Rocketland’s four inflatable play structures is said to help kids stay focused on playing and avoid visual overstimulation, which can sometimes lead to tantrums or frustration.

Rocketland operates as a pop-up play area at Aperia Mall’s level 1 atrium from April 21 to 26, between 10am and 8pm. Subsequently, it will return to the mall every third week of the month.

Redeem two play passes when you shop or dine at the mall. For an hour of playtime on weekdays, spend at least $50 in a single receipt. On Saturday, the minimum spending is $70.

Alternatively, you can buy admission tickets. An hour of playtime costs $10 a person or $35 for four people. All players must wear grip socks.

In April, each ticket allows one child complimentary access to activity stations (usual fee $6) featuring crafts and puzzles.
