SINGAPORE - Three pre-school teachers share tips on how to encourage young children to learn their mother tongue language (MTL).

They are among 14 educators who in August received the Outstanding Pre-school Mother Tongue Language Award presented annually by the language learning and promotion committees, which are partners of the Education Ministry.
