For most schoolchildren, the September school holidays are not so much a break as they are a chance to catch up on last-minute revision before the year-end examinations. But busy little minds still need a breather now and then. Senior Correspondent Stephanie Yeo highlights pleasurable pursuits to leave them refreshed

Giant animal inflatables invade Gardens by the Bay? You heard it right. Bruno Bear, Little Kong and their pals from Art-Zoo Wonder Gardens are the highlights of its Children's Festival.

Pick up a free trail booklet, complete the activities and take home a souvenir. Drop by on a weekend and join the Little Critters' Wonder Workshops, which include personalising face masks and creating slime. These are best for kids aged four to 12.
