SINGAPORE – It is the time of the year when parents ponder the classic dilemma of how to keep their children occupied without school to fill up the hours of the day.
Friday is the official last day of school, though many teenagers, whose secondary schools were used as venues for the O-level written examinations, have been on holiday since late October.
