When restaurant director Cliff Xu found out that up to 75 per cent of staff can return to the workplace from April 5, he was elated.
Mr Xu, 37, who manages two City Hot Pot restaurants in the Central Business District (CBD), said business has been slow compared with other food and beverage (F&B) outlets in the heartland.
