Employees working along Orchard Road can enjoy special discounts and offers when they shop, dine and play in the precinct using a new privilege card rolled out by The Orchard Road Business Association (Orba).

Orba said that the card aims to strengthen the sense of belonging among employees in the Orchard Road area.

The new card is the first precinct-centric employee privilege scheme in Singapore. Cardholders can enjoy benefits at close to 40 food and beverage outlets, retail stores and lifestyle establishments in the area including Food Republic and Shaw Theatres Lido.

Orba, with more than 60 members, represents the interests of businesses along Orchard Road, stretching from Tanglin Mall to Plaza Singapura. In the first phase of its launch on March 1, 15,000 cards were issued. Full details of the card and its privileges can be found at www.orchardroad.org/work
