New kids dance by PUB to promote culture of saving water

The Public Utilities Board (PUB) has new plans to spread the message of water conservation. This time it is using a dance and 39,000 pupils from 185 primary schools.

The theme of water conservation has also been included in the new Primary 3 Social Studies syllabus.

The aim is to get children to learn the value of saving water and reduce wastage from young, and then spread that message to their parents, said PUB.

The dance will be showcased by 180 students from six different schools on March 16 at six locations as part of World Water Day celebrations.
