A new express bus service connecting Yishun and the Central Business District (CBD) will be launched on Feb 18 as part of the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Express Service 850E will operate two one-way trips from Yishun Avenue 11, Yishun Avenue 6 and Yishun Ring Road on weekday mornings at 7.30am and 7.45am.

On weekday evenings there will be two one-way trips at 6.15pm and 6.30pm from locations in the CBD including Anson Road, Robinson Road, Fullerton Road, Esplanade Drive, Stamford Road, and Orchard Road back to Yishun.

Service 850E is the sixth new service to be rolled out under the programme. Announced last year, the $1.1 billion programme aims to add 800 buses to the roads over five years to improve bus service standards.
