SINGAPORE - The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has consolidated the number of social service agencies running rehabilitation programmes for young offenders from over 20 agencies to just nine.
Since the start of this month, the nine Integrated Service Providers (ISP), started offering a suite of programmes funded by the ministry for troubled youths living in their region.
