The annual tech Oscars are back for the fifth year with more than 100 products vying for the pole position in 21 award categories such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, cameras, wearables and video games. Local inflation figures to be released

Singapore will report its inflation figures for last month with analysts expecting any movement in the consumer price index to be muted.
This is because a combination of lower oil prices and a weak global environment is likely to restrict any upward pressure on prices.

Jordan's King to meet Obama

King Abdullah of Jordan will today (Tuesday) meet United States President Barack Obama at the White House to discuss the efforts to counter the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) group. They will also discuss the solution to the Syrian crisis, and how to address the needs of Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Jordan, according to Kuwait News Agency.
