More reports of animal cruelty in 2018, but majority turned out to be non-cruelty cases

SINGAPORE - The public made more animal cruelty reports in 2018, but 90 per cent were later established to involve "non-cruelty".

Among them was an incident in Yishun last November, when a cat was found dead with a puncture wound on its left hind leg.
