SINGAPORE - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is appealing for the next-of-kin of Mr Teng Seh Cheang to contact the Ministry.

Mr Teng died in his home at The Hague, Netherlands on Aug 4 this year. He was 52.

The ministry has tried to contact Mr Teng's next-of-kin but to no avail.
