Despite having an IQ in the top 2 per cent of the population, Mensa members in Singapore are not necessarily top achievers in school or the workplace.

"The most common profile of a Mensan is actually young adults working in 9-to-5 jobs in various fields," said Ms Priscilla Lee, president of Mensa Singapore.
