As an operations manager of a cleaning company, Mr Asrin Che Hosni earns just enough to make ends meet and save a little for his retirement.
"I have been a cleaner for over 30 years, (earning a) low salary - there wasn't (much) savings for investments," said the 53-year-old, who has only primary school education.
