A 29-year-old man was found motionless in the waters off Keppel Terminal yesterday morning. The police said they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at about 8am. The man was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The Straits Times understands that there was no indication of foul play and that the man was a Chinese national. Police investigations are ongoing.
