Police have arrested a 27-year-old Singaporean man for the murder of a 30-year-old Singaporean woman.
The decomposed body was found on Dec 31 last year in a unit at Block 5, Beach Road.
Police found the body after receiving a report at about 3.15pm that day of a foul smell coming from the unit.
