Senior Minister of State for Defence Maliki Osman speaking to some participants of the National Day Parade 2017 yesterday afternoon before the event's first combined rehearsal at the Marina Bay Floating Platform. He thanked them for their hard work over the past two months of practice and said he was looking forward to a good show. "It is heartening to see many of the participants being very enthusiastic and ready to put on a good show. I'm here to share this moment with them, to share my appreciation with each and every one of them for the sacrifices they have made," he later told reporters.
