The security industry in Singapore is undergoing fundamental changes.
These include the Security Agencies Grading Exercise to improve standards of security agencies; the Industry Digital Plan to encourage the use of technology to achieve more effective security outcomes; and the promotion of Outcome-Based Contracts to move buyers towards seeking solutions instead of merely stipulating headcounts.
