M1 to spend $11 million to expand 3G network for better coverage

TELCO M1 will upgrade its 3G network in the upcoming months to provide better mobile phone coverage and connectivity.

The project, announced on Monday, will cost the company $11 million, and involves adding new base stations that phones connect to to get on the mobile network.

It is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year.
