Josh Tetrick has a way of making healthy, wholesome food sound delicious.

It's nearly dinner time in California and he's fixed what he describes as a simple meal for our interview. "It's avocado with just a little bit of salt and tempeh," he says, tilting his bowl towards the computer camera to show me what's inside.
