SINGAPORE - Households using City Gas will pay less for their town gas from next month till the end of April.

Gas prices will come down by 1.81 cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) for the period Feb 1 to April 30, due to lower fuel prices, said City Gas Pte Ltd. This means that it will cost 19.02 cents per kWh, down from 20.83 cents per kWh for the last quarter.

City Gas reviews the gas tariffs based on guidelines set by the Energy Market Authority, the gas industry regulator.
